My love for cooking started long before I ever stepped into a professional kitchen — in my fathers backyard with a small bbq making grilled steaks every Sunday, to a family holiday kitchen where the scent of simmering sauces and fresh herbs seemed to wrap around you like a hug. Those early memories, helping stir pots and sneak tastes, sparked a lifelong passion for food and the joy it brings to people.
After years of honing my skills in culinary school and working in a range of kitchens — from bustling restaurants to intimate catering gigs — I realized what I truly loved was connecting with people through personalized meals.
